Our Strucure (Departments) The organization structure of the Students' Association.

The Executive Council is the decision making body of the Students' Association, and is in overall charge of its seven departments, namely: The Affiliated Clubs Committee helps all clubs in financial need and in other matters such as club registration. The Audit Committee monitors the income and expenditure of the Students' Association. The Programming Committee is responsible for overall programmes such as the Form One Day, the Joint Club Admission Day, the Sponsored Walk, etc. The Public Relations Committee is responsible for liaison with external bodies or other schools. It also helps enhance the cohesion between students and the Students' Association. The Promotion Committee is in charge of all promotion matters with regards to the Students' Association. The Welfare Committee provides welfare services such as lunch-box ordering service, sale of used textbooks, opening of school Gymnasium , etc. The Student Publication Council is responsible for the publication of ‘Wayfarer' and ‘Scope'.
