In the 2023-2024 school year, our Moral and Civic Education Team sent representatives to participate in the iTeen training program, aimed at developing strong leaders within the school community to promote integrity and probity. On 18 November 2023, our representatives attended leadership training at the ICAC. They engaged in team-building activities and had the opportunity to learn about the ICAC's history and its ongoing fight against corruption, making the experience truly meaningful.
Furthermore, selected students from our team took part in a public speaking training session organized by the ICAC on 2 December 2023. This event aimed to enhance students' confidence and composure when addressing an audience. Throughout the day, students interacted with peers from different schools and delivered presentations on historic ICAC cases. It was an eye-opening experience and proved beneficial for our representatives.
To apply their newfound knowledge, our representatives, along with the Moral and Civic Education Team, organized game booths focused on raising awareness about corruption and illegal activities in society. From 15 to 16 April 2024, the booths were set up near the covered playground, providing students with opportunities to learn about ICAC facts and corruption cases. Winners of the games received a commemorative keychain celebrating the ICAC's 50th anniversary. This marked a wonderful culmination of our representatives' journey and showcased what students can do to contribute to society.
Congratulations to our representatives and the entire Moral and Civic Education Team for their outstanding achievements in promoting integrity and demonstrating their commitment to creating a better society.
