Two Grand Finalists at HKFYG English Public Speaking Competition 2024

The grand finals of the 2024 Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups English Public Speaking Competition took place last Saturday.

We are delighted to announce that Li Muk Yi Ian (3D) claimed the title of first runner-up in the Junior Division, and Yim Wai Lun Warren (4F) secured a merit award in the Senior Division.

This prestigious local competition attracted over 1500 participants this year. Through three challenging elimination rounds, Ian and Warren distinguished themselves as champions of Hong Kong Island in their respective divisions, culminating in the Grand Finals, where they demonstrated their exceptional oratory skills among the top 5 finalists in each division.

In the same competition, Cheung Ching Kit Jaden (2A) was awarded a certificate for being one of the district finalists (Hong Kong Island).
