Harvest Sharing Day
On Monday, 18th December, our green-fingered students harvested vegetables from our organic farm, newly established at the podium this academic year.

This green initiative is jointly organised by the Sustainable Ecological Ethical Development Foundation and the College.

After spending two months of tending the green crops, our novice farmhands finally reaped what they had sown, literally. They were proud of the decent yield of leafy vegetables in their hands, all from their hard work, sweat and effort.

Minutes after the vegetables were picked, our chefs from the Cookery Club quickly got into action to prepare a healthy, delicious vegan lunch for all the teachers and students at our first harvest celebration.

It was a wonderful farm-to-table culinary experience for the school community.
