Form One Bridging Course

The Form One Bridging Course was successfully held from 8th to 18th August 2017. The course aimed to equip our new first formers with essential English and Chinese knowledge and effective study skills to enable them to transition smoothly into their new school life at St. Paul’s.

A number of new initiatives and interactive components were introduced this year, which included e-learning with iPads, use of educational apps, study skill sessions, English interviews and an exciting, fun-filled Chinese quiz. In addition, for the very first time, student helpers from the Prefects’ Council, the Guidance Team and the Students’ Association were recruited to assist the teachers and students both inside and outside the classroom.

All these new elements proved to be effective in promoting a positive learning atmosphere for our new students.

We wish our Form One students great success in the new school year at St. Paul’s.
