Invitation to the Open Lecture 'Composing for Choirs' 

The Music Department is holding an Artist-in-Residence programme from 19th 
November to 3rd December 2012. The esteemed guest of the programme this year 
is Mr. Christopher Gower, a conductor, composer and organist from the United 
Kingdom. 

Mr. Gower will be holding choral, organ and piano workshops and coaching 
students individually in the College. He will also conduct the Chapel Choir 
on 29th November 2012 at the Special Assembly Concert. In addition, Mr. 
Gower will be giving a free open lecture on ‘Composing for Choirs’and 
details 
are as follows:
