Hong Kong Secondary Student Space Station Popular Science Payload and Science Experiment Design Challenge

We are delighted to share that our STEAM Team has been awarded the Bronze Award in the Hong Kong Secondary Student Space Station Popular Science Payload and Science Experiment Design Challenge. The competition aims to promote space education by providing students with opportunities to engage in national space projects and nurture their curiosity about the universe through scientific practice. The award presentation ceremony was held on 21 September 2025 at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Congratulations to our outstanding team members from Class 6F – Kung Chun Hong, Lau Chun To, Ta Shanyee, Wang Chris Sen Yu, and Yeh Yuhao for their remarkable achievement. Their proposal, “Satellite-Based Detection of Magnetospheric Radio Emissions,” impressed the judges with its creativity, scientific depth, and innovative thinking.

This accomplishment highlights our students’ determination and passion for addressing real-world challenges, as well as their ability to apply knowledge with insight and purpose. We look forward to seeing even more breakthroughs and achievements from the STEAM Team in the coming academic year!
